Led by Justine Sherman, NP, a board-certified nurse practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience, Revia Health offers a range of services in a warm, welcoming environment where you’ll feel comfortable and cared for.   At Revia Health, we also take a holistic and integrative approach to medicine, addressing your overall health with functional care tailored just for you.

We provide hormone optimization therapy, medically guided weight loss, as well as multiple med-spa services including FDA-approved microneedling, "botox" treatments, and VI Peels for smoother, younger-looking skin, and hair restoration treatments to boost confidence.

Financial Policy

At Revia Health and Wellness, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our patients. Please note the following important details regarding our payment and cancellation policy:

Payment Policy: We are a privately owned practice and do not accept or file insurance for office visits. All payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Please check with your insurance company for HSA/FSA coverage.

Cancellation Policy: To respect our time and that of other patients, we require at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations will incur a cancellation fee.
